Tantric Meditation Exercise:
My first question is more technical, there are.. many a tantric meditation.. more than I can preform in one day.. I do have a life beside it yes..
One tantric meditation a day is acceptable..
how would you recomend me to start? when should I do my meditation.. morning? before sleeping? in the middle of the day? with which one to start? visualization? just relaxing? imagning my color? programming my "key in", correcting my past/future?
While doing the tantric meditation and visualizing, I've found out that it's pretty difficult to me to imagine a "succesful hit",
even in my mind she says no.
One tantric meditation a day is fine. The morning or rearly afternoon is the best time to do it so it's a fresh experience for the rest of the day.
It sounds like you're wanting everything all at once. Trust your own intuition about what you'll start with - the process is going to take a few months and after some time you'll get a better sense of what you need to focus on.
If she still sometimes says "no" in your imagination, that means you've been practicing NEGATIVE mental hypnosis for a long time - you're so good and practiced at NEGATIVE outcomes that it's difficult to change that immediately. Keep practicing POSITIVE outcomes in the tantric meditation and your frame on mind will change overtime. Don't worry - it will jsut take a little time and practice.
